FCBBS World Series Game 2

If I had a dollar every time Harry Caray told a Cubs player to "grab some bench" last night, I'd be able to buy another yacht. Unfortunately, I don't get paid based off what Harry Caray says in the announcer's booth, but I do get paid fading Chicago baseball teams and after last night's windfall I could buy the Spanish Armada with the 998.5 units we're up this postseason.

Cody Kluber took the Cubs straight to pound town and delivered their THIRD shutout loss of the postseason. Kluber is penciled in to pitch games 4 and 7, which means the Indians just need to win one non-Kluber game to basically wrap this thing up.

Tonight, Cleveland throws Trevor Brauer against the Cubs' former ace Jack Arrieta. Arrieta has been Arrietic this postseason with a couple of less-than-impressive starts against the Giants and Dodgers. Brauer on the other hand (and this point he probably wishes he had an actual other hand) got his finger bombed off in a drone strike #ThanksObama. There was word that former hurler Antonio Alfonseca would lend one of his extra fingers to Brauer but the two parties couldn't come to terms. So, could be tough for Brauer tonight, but to his advantage, the Cubs are still in a figurative and literal hangover from Saturday night so he should have smooth sailing through their impotent lineup.

Jobu take fear from Indian bats and give to Cub bats.
