FCBBS - Turn out the Lights, This Thing is OVER

Here we are nearing the conclusion of this season's highly profitable Fade Chicago Baseball Betting System. We took the last two games off thinking that maybe the listless Cubs could pull out a win, but they didn't, and it ended up saving your bookie a little bit of cash...cash we will happily take from him TONIGHT.

Despite our losing record this season of 6-9 or whatever, we are UP MONEY because of our expret bankroll management. We must give credit where credit is due - this bankroll management strategy was in fact created by former New York Yankees manager Billy Martingale, who was not only a true baseball genius, but advantage gambling genious as well.

Tonight the fire in the Cubs' bellies will finally be extinguished, and Stephen Matz will be the garden hose that douses those flames (or more accurately "embers" at this point). Cubs skipper John Madden once again trots out his tired #4 starter Justin Hammels (brother of Rangers pitcher Cole Hamels)..yeah, John, it's not like this is a must-win game or anything like that. Seems like Mr. Madden is ready to pack it in even more than the players.

Anyway, without further ado, our almost assuredly final play of the season:

Mets (Matz) +106 (Pinnacle)
at
Cubs (Hammel)

Risking 1000 to win 1060

The Fade Chicago Baseball Betting System - Postseason Edition

Welcome back to the Fade Chicago Baseball Betting System. After getting dinged off our high water mark in mid-August we've been laying in wait for the perfect time to POUNCE on your bookie. Well ladies and gentlemen, that time is NOW. The Cubs are riding high after taking the last two games of the of NLDS from the Cardinals, and lead the series 2-1. Emotions will be high on the North Side this afternoon as the Cubs look to send their arch rivals back to downstate Illinois and clinch a series at Wrigley Field for the first time EVER.

Unfortunately for the Lovable Losers that will not be happening today because I have dialed up my FIVE STAR GAME OF THE LAST TWO MONTHS. St. Louis has their ace, John Lackey, on the mound today. Lackey completely dominated the Cubs on Friday in Game 1 at Bush and that will continue today at the Freindly Confines. Meanwhile, Cubs manager John Madden makes the head-scratching decision to trot out James Hammels as his starter. Hammels has been struggling mightily lately and there is just no way this ends well for the home team. Why not you ask? Because it just won't. Trust me. I make you money.

Cardinals (Lackey) +111 (Pinnacle)
at
Cubs (Hammel)

Risking 500 to win 555
